- Jobseekers – individuals viewing and applying for jobs

- All job listings submitted to CumbrianJobs.com are subject to review and approval before publication.
- We reserve the right to refuse, edit, suspend, or remove any job listing at our sole discretion.
- Once approved, job listings will be visible on CumbrianJobs.com.
- Approved jobs may also be shared on our Facebook page and occasionally within Cumbria Jobs Facebook groups.
5. Applying for Jobs
- Jobseekers may apply for jobs either:
- Directly through CumbrianJobs.com, or
- Via a third-party website linked in the job listing.
- We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or application processes of third-party websites.
6. Employer Portal
Employers who choose to receive applications via CumbrianJobs.com will be provided access to a portal where they can:
- View submitted applications
- Mark a job as filled/hired
- Delete or close a job listing
Employers are responsible for managing applications and complying with all relevant employment and data protection laws.
7. Boosted Jobs & Promotions
- Employers may choose to boost their job listings for increased visibility.
- Boosted jobs may receive enhanced placement on the website and inclusion in our weekly email newsletter.
- Some non-boosted jobs may also be included in our weekly email at our discretion.
- Boost fees (if applicable) are non-refundable once a job has been published or promoted.
8. Weekly Email Newsletter
- We may feature selected job listings in our weekly email newsletter.
- Inclusion is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated as part of a paid boost or promotion.
- We reserve the right to decide which jobs appear in newsletters.
9. Content Responsibility
- Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authenticity of their job listings.
- CumbrianJobs.com does not guarantee:
- That a job will be filled
- That applications will be received
- The suitability or conduct of applicants or employers
10. Prohibited Use
You must not:
- Post misleading, discriminatory, offensive, or unlawful content
- Post jobs that violate UK employment law
- Attempt to misuse, disrupt, or hack the website
- Collect or misuse personal data obtained through the website
