The Role

We are looking for an experienced gardener with good plant knowledge to join our close knit team. your role will involve

• Maintaining and improving gardens with precision and care
• .Working collaboratively with other team members
• Communicate professionaly with clients to uphold our excellent reputation
• Follow best practices in horticulture and plant care
• Support the growth of our business through quality and reliability.

This job is for you if:

• You have hands on experience in gardening and horticulture
• You know your plants and how to care for them
• You are detail orientated, reliable and take pride in your work
• Enjoy teamwork but is equally capable of independent working when needed
• Can work outdoors in all conditions with a smile on your face

• Competitive pay starting at £14 ph rising after a succesful trial period - wage increases annually in line with minimum wage increases.
